Jean-François has over 20 years’ experience in the IT and telecommunications industry in Africa.
He has held management and governance positions in Senegal, Gabon, Zimbabwe, Guinea and Niger.
Jean-François advises start-ups in Senegal, Côte d’Ivoire and France. He holds an engineering degree from the Institut Africain d’Informatique, a Masters in Management from the Institut d’Administration des Entreprises in Paris and an MBA from the Université Paris-Dauphine.
As a partner and strategic advisor to the general management of Digital.in, he brings a pan-African vision and roots to the company.
With over 15 years’ experience as a project manager in IT, Finance and Purchasing, Birane is an independent entrepreneur.
He advises organisations on optimising their business processes, implementing high-performance management tools and structuring their activities in Project and Run modes.
He also dedicates part of his time to training project managers and preparing them for PMP, PRINCE2 and ITIL4 certification.
Birane is a social personality who is particularly comfortable working in teams and multicultural professional environments.
As a partner at Digital.in, he acts as a strategic advisor and contributes his experience to the company’s development.
Carole worked in the world of finance for ten years.
After 4 years in coaching, NLP, psychoeducation and entrepreneurship, she turned her attention to personal development and empowerment of Afro-descendants, providing them with the tools they need to gain confidence.
She has a degree in International Commerce and professional coaching certification.
She is now putting her expertise to work for Digital.in as a consultant-coach.
Dominique spent around twenty years in the banking sector, most notably with BNP Paribas Fortis.
After 26 years in banking, she decided to leave the bank and set up her own business in the field of strategy and human resources.
Dominique is now a consultant, coach and energy therapist.
A Senegalese at heart, she set up a psychological, mental and emotional well-being centre for women with Senegalese women: Tawféex í Jigéen.
Dominique joined Digital.in to guide women towards emotional and mental well-being, with the aim of making the most of their life experiences.
